I'm Brandon Kirk. I'm a licensed Texas REALTOR® with The Kirks Realty Group, powered by Real Broker, and I work the North Dallas corridor—Frisco, Celina, Prosper, Anna, Aubrey, Little Elm, McKinney, and about fourteen other towns across Denton and Collin counties.
I'm young. I'm not going to pretend otherwise, because for most of my clients, it's the reason they picked me. If you're buying your first place, I'm not your parents' REALTOR® explaining things slowly. I'm the person who just went through the same stuff, answers texts in a few minutes, and doesn't make you feel dumb for asking what earnest money is.
What I'm actually good at
New construction. This is where I spend most of my time and where I add the most value. Builders don't move on base price — they move on rate buydowns, closing costs, design center credit, lot premiums and structural options. Knowing which lever to pull on which builder in which community is a real skill and it's worth thousands. It also costs you nothing, because the builder budgeted my commission whether you bring me or not.
First-time buyers. Most of my clients are buying their first house. The hard part is never finding it — it's the forty small decisions between contract and closing that nobody warned you about. I over-explain on purpose.
Being reachable. Text me. I mean it. Not a form, not an assistant, not a lead router that sells your info to four other agents. My phone.
The team behind me
I run under The Kirks Realty Group with Jennifer Kirk, who's been licensed since 2019 and has closed 115 homes across the same market. That matters for you in a practical way: when something unusual comes up in a transaction — and it will — I'm not guessing. There's a hundred-plus-deal track record in the room. You get my responsiveness and her experience at the same time.
What I won't do
Tell you a house is great when it isn't. Push you to buy before you're ready. Talk you into a payment that wrecks you. I'd rather you rent another year and buy the right thing than close fast on the wrong thing — and yes, I know that delays my own paycheck.
