October at The Lakefront: The New Tinman Social and Little Elm's Halloween Calendar

Look at the October listings for The Lakefront District and two addresses keep coming up. One is 125 Main St., home of The Lawn. The other is 199 Main St., where Tinman Social reopened this year with a new operator, a new layout and new restaurants inside. Most of what's happening at the Lakefront this fall either starts at The Lawn or ends at Tinman.

So skip the list of random events. Here's the month laid out the way it actually works, using those two addresses. After that comes the one big night that isn't on Main Street at all.

The Tinman name stayed. The inside didn't.

If you remember the old Tinman Social, the new one keeps the name and pretty much nothing else. The Little Elm Economic Development Corporation announced the reopening on January 26, 2026, with Brian Dobson as operating partner. Dobson said it plainly: "The only thing that will be the same at Tinman Social, will be the name!" The team kept it as a nod to the Tinman water tower on the lake.

The building now holds two separate restaurants. Loteria is a taco and tequila spot, and the EDC announcement says it carries more than 100 tequilas and mezcals. Big Game does American classics plus wild game like bison burgers and elk chops, all inside a mountain lodge look with big audio and video setups for watching games.

The rest of the space is entertainment. The announcement lists two bowling areas, private karaoke lounges, a live music venue, a dance club, golf simulators, console gaming lounges, billiards, shuffleboard and a game room. Private rooms and VIP spaces are set up for birthdays, receptions and work events.

The reopening was first projected for spring. Star Local Media reported a March 2026 target. By June 6, the Lakefront was promoting an official Brew-Que after-party at the venue. The venue's own website now posts regular hours.

Tinman's first big October event is a TX vs. OU watch party on Saturday, October 10, with a large-screen broadcast, food, drinks and games. Since Big Game was built around watching sports, that's a good first look at what the place is going for.

The Lawn is where the day starts

Over at 125 Main St., The Lawn is the Lakefront's outdoor event space. Little Elm's tourism site lists it as home of the Four Seasons Farmers Market. The market has run on and off all year, with listings for March 14, June 27, August 22 and September 26. Hours change from date to date. The summer markets ran 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the October one runs 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

October's market falls on Saturday, October 24. That's also the busiest day at The Lawn this month:

Time Event Where
10–11 a.m. Yoga at The Lawn The Lawn
10 a.m.–2 p.m. Four Seasons Farmers Market 125 Main St.
6–9 p.m. Kids Market The Lawn, 125 Main St.
7 p.m. Free screening of SCOOB! The Lawn

Between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. on the 24th, The Lawn goes from yoga mats to produce stands to a kids' market and an outdoor movie. If you have little kids, the evening part is the easy win. The movie is free, and it starts an hour into the Kids Market.

The bike crawl links the whole loop

The Halloween Party Bike & Bar Crawl shows best how the two addresses connect. The Lakefront teamed up with Dallas Bike Bar on a costume-friendly pedal ride through the district, with music and drinks. The route on the event page goes in this order:

  1. Start at The Lawn
  2. The Elm
  3. Fuzzy's Taco Shop
  4. Towers Tap House
  5. Tinman Social

So it starts at 125 Main and ends at 199 Main, the same two spots the rest of the month runs between. The stops in the middle are worth knowing on their own, too.

  • The Elm is Little Elm's first hotel, right in the Lakefront District. The town's restaurant directory lists Turbo at The Elm, a fourth-floor restaurant serving cocktails, pizza and appetizers.
  • Fuzzy's Taco Shop – Little Elm (On the Lake) is at 407 W. Eldorado Pkwy. It serves tacos, margaritas and beer.
  • Towers Tap House is at 290 E. Eldorado Pkwy. It's an Austin-style beer garden and sports bar with games and a patio on the lake.

Ride times on the event page:

  • Friday, October 16: 7–9 p.m.
  • Saturday, October 17: 11 a.m.–1 p.m., 1:30–3:30 p.m., 4–6 p.m., 6:30–8:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, October 25: 11 a.m.–1 p.m., 1:30–3:30 p.m., 4–6 p.m.

Space is limited and you need a reservation. One heads-up: the main Lakefront calendar shows the crawl as October 16–18, but the event's own page lists the Sunday rides on October 25. If you're aiming for a Sunday ride, check the date when you book.

October 17 is the busiest Saturday

The bike crawl's biggest day lands on a Saturday with two other things going on. Running 4 Renewal runs from 7 to 10 a.m. at 310 E. Eldorado Pkwy. That evening, the town calendar has LC Rocks playing a concert at Little Elm Park from 7 to 9 p.m.

You could start with the run in the morning, do an afternoon bike crawl slot, and end at the park concert. All of it fits on one calendar day.

Halloween night is at the park, not on Main Street

The biggest Halloween event of the season is down Eldorado Parkway at Little Elm Park, 701 W. Eldorado Pkwy. Nightmare Over Little Elm Park: The Trilogy runs Friday, October 30, from 5 to 9:30 p.m. The event page lists:

  • A drone and fireworks show billed as the "Biggest Drone & Fireworks Show"
  • Trick-or-treating
  • Live music from LC Rocks
  • Bounce houses
  • A pumpkin drop from a fire truck
  • Hayrides
  • Food trucks, a bar and vendors

Tickets are sold on Eventbrite through a link on the event page. LC Rocks plays the park twice this month, once at the October 17 concert and again at Nightmare.

The same night at the same park, Huntrix: The Sing Along Experience is listed separately for 5 p.m. If you're bringing kids, an early start works out. Show up for the 5 p.m. sing-along and stick around for the fireworks finale.

After Halloween, The Lawn keeps going

The Lawn's calendar runs past October. Like Combs, a Luke Combs tribute act, plays The Lawn at 125 Main St. on Saturday, November 21, at 7 p.m. The farmers market shows up again on Saturday, December 5. That one moves to evening hours, 5 to 9 p.m.

Here's the whole season by date:

  • Oct. 10: TX vs. OU watch party, Tinman Social
  • Oct. 16, 17, 25: Halloween Party Bike & Bar Crawl, starts at The Lawn
  • Oct. 17: Running 4 Renewal in the morning, LC Rocks at Little Elm Park that evening
  • Oct. 24: Yoga, farmers market, Kids Market and SCOOB! at The Lawn
  • Oct. 30: Huntrix sing-along and Nightmare Over Little Elm Park
  • Nov. 21: Like Combs at The Lawn
  • Dec. 5: Evening farmers market
